Shipping & returns

Shipping

Reference standards are dispatched cold-pack from a Toronto-area fulfilment lab within one business day of order confirmation. Domestic Canadian shipping is free on orders over $99; a flat $14.99 applies otherwise. United States shipping is calculated at order placement.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed at carrier handover. Lyophilizate is stable at room temperature for short transit windows; we still ship with insulated packaging.

Returns

Reference standards are non-returnable once shipped. If a vial arrives damaged or fails its accompanying COA, contact us within 30 days of dispatch for replacement or full credit under our satisfaction guarantee. Photo documentation is appreciated.

Eligibility

All purchases are restricted to qualified research professionals at least 21 years of age. Materials are supplied for in-vitro research only. Orders that cannot be matched to a research affiliation may be cancelled at our discretion.

Payment

We accept Interac e-Transfer from any Canadian bank. After you place the order you'll get an email with your order ID and the exact amount; send the e-Transfer to vanshaj02@gmail.com and put your order ID in the message field. Auto-deposit is enabled, so no security question is required. We dispatch from Toronto within one business day of the transfer clearing. For international or wire payment options, reply to the order confirmation email. No card data is stored on this site.
